Stanvac Prime Pvt. Ltd.wishes that our customers never cancel or return products. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step, we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped. If the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it online. Please contact our Customer Care on 9560 111 265 for support. Order cannot be canceled once its delivered to you.Can I partially cancel an order?
No, it is not possible. But if your order is not dispatched then you will have to cancel the complete order and place a new order.Can I only keep some of the products at the time of delivery and return remaining products?
No, this is not allowed as per Company’s norms.What is the process for returning he wrong/damaged products?
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our items unless they were received as ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as described’. In such circumstances, we require the following information to process your return:
- Order number
- Full name
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Packing slip
- Original Order Confirmation Receipt
- A Duly Printed Returns Form (can be obtained from our customer service)
- Your reason for return(along with photo/video showing damage/defect)
Please note that if the above information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.
In case an item is undelivered, unclaimed or returned due to customer issues; shipping charges will not be refunded.

You should return the product in the same condition as it was received by you with intact product packaging, labels, and barcodes. We will be able to process the refund once the return shipment is received by us and verified.How much time does it take to process the refund?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 48 hours time.In case of cancellation post shipment or returns, we process the refund once the return is received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then the refund will be initiated within one week; time from receipt of products by us, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit card or original method of payment, in another 7-10 business days as per banks norm.What to do in case of Late or missing refunds (if applicable)?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
